Normally ehd is accessed by going to:

Once logged in you are taken to:

http://<server>/ehelpdesk/home.glml

To access the mobile pages home go here:

http://<server>/ehelpdesk/pda/ticketList.glml

To access the iphone pages home go here:

http://<server>/ehelpdesk/ip/home.glml
