Tomcat service will not start and the jakarta log file shows a %1 is not a valid win32 application error

You need to have the tomcat 64 bit executables to run tomcat as a 64 bit service. The attached file contains the Tomcat 6 executales to run tomcat in 64 bit mode. Use these files and replace your tomcat6.exe and tomcat6w.exe located in your tomcat/bin directory.
