Global Permissions


Login as the Admin User

Click Global Permissions on the left side

You will see the following permissions listed:

User Management

Administrator

Manage Dashboards

Manager

Public Ticket Filter Management

Manager

 

To change the role, click the pencil

The option to add a specific User will appear on the left and adding a Role on the right

Click Create New

Begin typing the Users name or the Role to be added

Click Save Changes
