Android and iOS App


*please note - the App will only work when version 11.5 is deployed

Download GroupLink's Everything Helpdesk App from the App store.

Once the App is installed, you will need to enter your helpdesk URL under settings. 

In order for the App to work, you must add /api/ to the end of your URL.  Example below:
