"View Ticket" links to an incorrect URL


After a change is made to eHD's URL, the "View Ticket" link (appended to emails) directs to the old URL.

This URL is a setting that can be changed from within eHD.

Windows and Linux:

1.  Log into eHD as admin (from any browser), and change the Base URL (Settings Wrench, Application Configuration, General).

Note:  It is a bad idea to use "localhost" or "127.0.0.1" as part of this url because those links will not work on any system besides the server.
