Always Make sure that you have a Backup of your System Registry before attempting to edit it

1. click on Start, Then run and in the run box type "Regedit" then click ok.

2. Find Hkey_current_user - Software - Grouplink - Paths.

3. Left click on "Paths" then on the right hand side of the screen.  Right click on "New" then click on "String Value"

4. Right click on "New Value" and select rename.  Rename the registry key to "Local Connection".  Make sure the first "L" and "C" in each word is uppercase.

5. After it's renamed, right click on "Local Connection" and in the Value Data box enter in your the Server name and instance of you SQL Server.  Then press "OK"

6.  Next open Contactwise and run the Go_Remot
